1. Printing media: In the production process of UV printers, due to the failure of the nozzle and the adjustment of the media position, the print quality of the picture will be affected. The main reason is that the nozzle drips and leaks ink, or the nozzle is too close to the material medium, which causes the nozzle to generate friction on the surface of the medium and damage the image quality. The printed material must be laid flat, which will be a better equipment and suction device. Of course, another reason is that the printed material is too transparent or too thick. At this time, it is necessary to reload the printing material to ensure a smooth surface and to replace the opaque printing material.

2. Ink droplets phenomenon: UV printers occasionally have ink droplets during the printing process. This is usually due to the humidity of the air filter on the sub-ink cartridge, which leads to poor ventilation. This may also be due to the small hair and dust in the nozzle of the UV flatbed printer. When these dirt accumulates to a certain extent, the ink will drip out automatically. In order to solve this problem, we need to replace the air filter, and also need to clean the sprinkler head with a special cleaning fluid. We need to carefully check the two sides of the light box cloth to see if there is any excess burrs. If there is, we can simply use a lighter to deal with it.

3. Data transmission: Maybe you will encounter such a situation, the UV printer cannot print even if you press the start button, because the indicator light of the UV printer will keep flashing after transmitting the print data. This is also a common printing failure, and it is difficult for operators to deal with inexperienced personnel. It should be noted that if the UV flatbed printer terminates the printing operation improperly, even if the printing job is stopped, some residual print data will still be transmitted to the UV flatbed printer on the computer side, and these print data will still be retained in the memory. For UV flatbed printers, these data are invalid, so the printing work will not be realized, which will also cause the subsequent printing work to be unable to proceed normally.
